Customized or printed products may take additional processing time depending on design and quantity.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary due to location, weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Margramstore is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to terms and conditions mentioned on the website.

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Issues

If the package is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order and inform us immediately.
In case of non-delivery or delay, customers are requested to contact us with their Order ID.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.
Orders returned due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery may incur additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
