Overview

At Margramstore, we strive to deliver quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • Our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and accessories.
  • A valid order ID / invoice or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or printed products (including custom designs, name prints, or made-to-order items)
  • Digital products or downloadable files
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Innerwear, personal care, or hygiene-related products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Order ID and description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Approval Process

  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
  • Returned items sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The product shows signs of use
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing
  • The return request is approved outside the standard return conditions

Sale / Discounted Items

  • Products purchased during sales, offers, or discount campaigns are non-refundable.
  • Replacement may be provided only in case of manufacturing defects.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items.
  • We do not offer size, color, or design exchanges unless the error is from our side.

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Gifts

  • If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, refunds (if approved) will be issued as store credit.
  • If the gift order was placed by someone else, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Important Notes

  • Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns. Margramstore is not responsible for lost return shipments.
